BNHS PTSA SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
****DEADLINE : FRIDAY-APRIL 13,2012 4PM*****************
BNHS PTSA Will be awarding 2 $1000 Graduating Senior College Scholarships!
In order to qualify the applicant must complete and submit the following:
_ Application Form
_A resume listing school activities, community involvement, special recognitions and awards the applicant received in high school. Also, list any work/volunteer experience during the high school years.
_A copy of SAT or ACT score
_A copy of High School Transcript
_A 300-word essay discussing how parent/student involvement with PTA/PTSA has impacted the applicant’s education and decision to continue his or her education. In addition, specify how PTSA has helped you throughout your high school career
_2 Letters of Recommendation: personal or professional (excluding relatives)
